Lyrics that get to my heart

Whenever I like a song I look for the lyrics and sometimes those lyrics get to my heart, in one way or another those lyrics inspire me on some way or make me feel like I’m not the only one feeling that. So today I present to you the lyrics that open my heart and a little explanation of what the song means to me.

Beautiful Now – Zedd

This song has been in the most important moments of my life since I was 14, every important date or whenever I’m nervous for something I listen to this song.

Liability – Lorde 

This song is my go to sad song, whenever I get sad about something, especially if it related to a person in my life, I listen to this song and whenever I am driving and this song comes up I literally scream the lyrics.

Perfect Places – Lorde

Rocket Man – Elton John 

Last year I started listening to Elton’s music and I love it, this is one of my favorite songs and it is one of my favorite scenes on Elton’s biopic. I listen to both versions the original version and the movie version where Taron Egerton sings it, but it doesn’t matter who is singing the lyrics get to me.

Your Song – Elton John 

I love this song so much and If I dont slow dance with someone to this song at least once then what is the point of my life.

Glorious – Foxes 

Foxes is one of the most underrated singers, she has an amazing voice and incredible songs and Whenever I need motivation before taking a risk I listen to this song.
