A Letter from September’s Music

Hi! I decided to make a new series. I will be doing a text based on some of the lyrics of my most listened song every month. This is the one from September. Enjoy!

Hello Again!

You were a friend of a friend I knew when my goal was waiting for the world to end, but that was a long time ago, everything has changed. I mean my world was upside down when you dumped me in the worst way that you could have, but I’m here to remind you of the mess you left when you went away.

I gave up all my friends for you, just because you could not stand the thought of me being with anyone else besides you and when you were not there it was a nightmare. I had to be alone, it was just me, my feelings and thoughts, moving on was one of the hardest things I have done in my life when there was no one around to help me and when the days bled into the nightfalls all I could think about was our last conversation, the one where you let me know what I’ve done wrong, the one where you did not mentioned all the times that you did me wrong, the one where you forgot all the times when you didn’t showed up even though I still on every table had saved you seat after all those days when I looked like a fool justifying why you were not there with me.

You are one of the worst people that I have ever met, but if there was one thing that you taught me was that I had to value myself and don’t let anyone bring me down. When we were together you always managed to make me feel that I was not worthy of anything and that you were the best thing that will ever happened to me, but when you were not there with me I learned to love myself, to not get mistreated by anyone and that I could do SO MUCH BETTER.

I hope that you have changed since we last talked, if not I feel sorry for the next person that has to be with you. Can you do me a last favor? Dedicate yourself sometime and find yourself because I know that there is a good man somewhere in you.

This is the last time you will ever hear from me. This is the last time I will ever think of you. This is the last time I will ever hear your song or what was supposed to be ours. Don’t take it personal, but I can’t believe I wasted so much time with you. I was a fool, but I know better now.

With hate and a little bit of love, Your ex-lover.

The lyrics were modified by adding a word or changing the tense of the verb, if you want to identified them they are on italics. Here are the songs on order of appearance
